Role Description

The Corporate FP&A team is looking for an inquisitive and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our team. This highly-visible role will provide financial analysis that will help guide the business decisions of Senior Leaders across the Finance organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, an ability to digest trends and data to produce concise outputs, and a demonstrated drive to constantly learn and improve.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain an insightful monthly financial reporting package to drive strategic business decisions at the Sr. Management level.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute FP&A templates that streamline the consolidation of monthly variances and trends.
  • Support consolidated weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for Dropbox’s Finance organization, C-level management team, and Board of Directors.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to influence decision making with financial perspective.
  • Bring a collaborative, hands-on approach to work, developing open communication and productive working relationships across the Finance organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a financial analysis role
  • Advanced modeling skills with the ability to swiftly and effectively translate ambiguity into succinct outputs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs with minimal oversight
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership
  • BS/BA in Finance, Economics, or other quantitative discipline
