Your Role and Impact
We are looking for a results-driven leader with demonstrated financial planning and strategy experience to join our team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for leading the company’s financial planning processes, providing meaningful and actionable analyses to senior leadership. You will partner with sales and marketing to develop pricing and clinical operations to build scalable operational models, and work across all departments to support the financial development of a rapidly growing company.This role is critical to the finance team and our company’s future success.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and long-range planning processes at the corporate level in close coordination with the CFO
- Determine and implement the appropriate methods to generate, analyze, and communicate financial data to business partners
- Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly board and executive team materials, including a monthly dashboard of operating results, trends and metrics
- Research and analyze long-range business models relevant to our industry
- Develop robust models on trends, key business drivers and financial results to prioritize and plan investment decisions in collaboration with senior management
- Help operationalize and streamline the systems and data collection processes needed to support a robust forecasting and planning process
- Provide insightful business analysis to assist executive team and other stakeholders in making sound financial decisions in support of organizational goals
- Provide analytical, modeling and due diligence support for future financings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial planning, analysis and strategy experience, preferably in the business to business technology sector
- BS in Finance, Accounting Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of accounting rules (GAAP), and the impacts to financial forecasting
- Highly collaborative; has built and maintained close working relationships with internal audiences for mutually beneficial outcomes
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels within an organization, bringing together internal stakeholders and managing agency/vendor relationships
- Decisive, with the ability to manage projects involving multiple teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
