About the role:

Icertis is rapidly growing and scaling its global business. We are investing in building a highly strategic Revenue Operations function to support our global growth and we are looking for a dynamic, high-impact leader to take our Demand and Revenue analysis to the next level.

 

As the Director of Demand and Revenue Analytics, you will play a critical leadership role: you will work closely with the company’s marketing, sales and business development leaders and bring key market, strategic and operational insights that will shape the direction of the customer acquisition and revenue functions and accelerate our growth. You will also play a key role shaping our understanding of the market and influencing our go-to-market and customer engagement model.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of driving business outcomes through keen financial insight and business modeling. They will have the ability to formulate a clear and detailed “Analytical Picture” of our market opportunity, our target customers and partners to directly impact our go-to-market strategy. They will also have experience in analyzing sales, marketing and partner business performance and be able to use data to influence and drive continuous improvements to the business that accelerate our growth. They will be tool-savvy with experience in high scale data management, reporting and analysis tools that support a data-driven culture.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain a clear and detailed picture of our Market Opportunity. This will include building a deep understanding of our products and our customers.
  • Drive benchmarking efforts to ensure that Icertis’ marketing, sales, and partner models are world-class in performance.
  • Provide deep analysis of current data: review of internal & external sources, evaluate past performance, identify what is happening, what it might mean and what can we do about it?
  • Develop rigorous, data driven, quantitative analysis to test hypothesis and support recommendations. Ensure alignment of financial and strategic soundness of recommendations
  • Assist revenue leadership team (CEO, CFO, Marketing, Sales, Partner) and drive discussions on what we should be asking. Collaborate with all departments in prioritizing investments that allow for optimizing revenue and growth results
  • Assist Marketing, Field Sales and Partner leaders with insight and analysis that helps them maximize resources, improve function and role productivity and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC)
  • Develop and maintain business performance models and ongoing operational dashboards to help support annual planning and performance tracking to optimize customer demand and revenue generation functions

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience of working in direct strategic analysis support and operations for Enterprise Sales and Marketing.
  • MBA, Consulting or equivalent experience preferred. Enterprise experience and seasoning matter, and are an advantage!
  • Demonstrated success in building analysis and models that drive insight and influence outcomes and decisions: this is a hands-on role that requires a deep connection to the data and the business
  • Strong people skills. Ability to explain data so that other people will understand. Ability to persuade others with data to see things differently
  • Knowledgeable across all business domains: Sales, Marketing, Customer & Partner operations.
  • Able to challenge convention and always seeks an improved outcome
  • Agile. Ability to manage multiple ad-hoc requests and demands requiring to quickly shift focus as necessary
  • Experience in preparing and delivering executive, board and investor level communications
  • Must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Must have experience utilizing BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Must have experience extracting data from multiple sources into a BI tool
