About the role
We are looking for our first dedicated Dir. of Revenue Operations to work with our Executive team to define and optimize the GTM organization, processes, operating cadence, and systems that enable our business to realize profitable growth objectives. In this high-impact position, you'll get to work on all aspects of our revenue operations and strategy including: CRM administration, sales process optimization, sales training, planning and reporting, data integrity, quota setting and management, systems implementation, and sales compensation design and administration.
The ideal candidate would have a strong track record of delivering measurable results, while also being analytical, strategic, and a great problem solver.
What you will be doing
- Own CRM database and other sales tools (including HubSpot, Gong, JustCall, Docusign and others)
- Support the sales forecasting process, reporting, and execution to ensure the sales organization has the processes and information needed to meet its monthly, quarterly and annual sales booking goals
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales and CS pipeline, funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials
- Support sales administration process including proposals, quotes, contracts, pricing, deal desk, and compliance in partnership with the product marketing, legal, and finance teams
- Work closely with other functional departments including Client Success, Marketing,Product, and Tech Enabled Services regarding their CRM and reporting needs
- Support best-in-class sales processes and system data integrity
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations in a SaaS company from $5M - $25M ARR.
- Sales or Rev Ops function start up experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
- Certified CRM admin strongly preferred, Hubspot experience a plus
- Experience working in and integrating with other sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), sales enablement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, etc.), customer service platforms (ZenDesk, GainSight, etc.), and others (CPQ, proposal automation, etc.)
- Process-oriented—document everything in a way that is easy for others to understand
- Passionate self-starter who is self-directed and able to execute independently
- Strong leadership skills
- Set high stretch standards of performance for self and others
- Pragmatic problem solver—ability to digest complex problems, make recommendations, and develop practical solutions and actions
- Have directly managed others in a Sales or Revenue Operations capacity
- Experience overseeing relationships with external contractors
- MBA or equivalent
