Your Daily Adventures

  • Administer the company's equity plans for all employees 
  • Manage the equity administration system, including, but not limited to, ensuring the cap table is current and accurate, and processing new grant issuances, stock option exercises, and employee information updates
  • Generate equity reports on a regular cadence (e.g., board meetings), and on an as-requested basis for internal partners such as Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and People
  • Maintain pending grant lists and prepare Board materials on an as-needed basis
  • Stay up to date on changing laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide guidance to internal teams, including Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and People
  • Maintain company's equity data, including grants, exercises, and all other activities and communicating to key stakeholders on timing and details of such transactions
  • Manage equity administration platform 
  • Partner closely with Accounting on all equity transactions and provide documentation for financial statements and disclosures 
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including payroll, people, legal, and third parties to effectively administer Outreach's equity programs
  • Educate employees on Outreach’s equity program by responding to specific questions, leading regular Q&A sessions, and preparing training materials
  • Develop and maintain best practices with respect to controls and applicable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of equity award data as well as any required regulatory support
  • Assist with trading plans as well as other relevant SEC documentation required for public company reporting
  • Working on additional projects as assigned, including efforts to develop and implement processes that improve support of business clients

Requirements:

  • CEP certification preferred
  • Direct experience in equity management and stock administration
  • Expert understanding in the administration of global equity plans
  • Experience with multiple forms of equity such as stock options, RSUs, and RSAs in a pre-IPO environment
  • Deep understanding of equity management platforms
  • Recent in-house public company experience in similar role
  • Experience with various SEC forms and filings
  • Understanding of US federal and state taxation and general global taxation of equity transactions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent business judgement and attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities, urgent tasks, and adapt quickly
  • Ability to communication clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders
