The Role


Outreach is a Seattle-based market leader in the sales engagement space with a $1.1B valuation, 350%+ growth in recurring revenue, and technology that is years ahead of the competition. We are searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be a partner to our CFO as we drive through hyper-growth. In this role, you will be at the center of the team’s business operations and activities and will be relied upon to keep the team moving forward in a positive, efficient manner. You are highly organized, adaptable, dependable, and able to keep up with changing business needs, using your knowledge and understanding to strategically support and prioritize your executive’s projects.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Manage daily calendars and executive travel - solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative and team-oriented manner
  • Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through
  • Communicate directly and on behalf of the CFO to both internal and external VIP stakeholders including customers, board members, executive staff, investors and analysts
  • Work with the CFO to build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
  • Orchestrate meetings, events, and activities into a finance/accounting executive leadership team rhythm that aligns with the CFO’s most critical business priorities, in concert with the quarterly financial rhythm and close calendar
  • Manage board of directors materials; process expenses
  • Execute special projects and project manage events, effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and managing deadline pressures while providing proactive updates
  • Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine levels of urgency and the appropriate courses of action in collaboration with other EA’s and senior staff
  • Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers
  • Partner with the Legal team on contract administration, for example, review and route Legal work tickets; ensure contracts are signed and and saved appropriately in database; and assist with other contract related requests.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start up environment
  • Past experience supporting the CFO of a public company preferred
  • Proficiency in productivity tech stack to include G-Suite, MS Office, teleconferencing applications, expense management, and HR/Recruiting systems
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and apply creative problem solving skills 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes while handling confidential and sensitive situations with discretion and grace
  • Superior organizational aptitude, detail orientation, and collaborative problem solving expertise
  • Strong sense of urgency, personal accountability, and flexibility; ability to anticipate needs and exceptional follow-through
  • This is an in-office position
