System1 is looking for a Finance Manager as part of the corporate finance team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and scaling key monthly FP&A processes. This role will work cross functionally and have visibility into operations across System1. 

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage processes and communicate effectively.

The Role You Will Have

• Responsible for monthly operations review, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial results across the company
• Lead monthly forecast cycle, maintaining and building consistent modeling and reporting processes across business units and at the corporate level
• Manage monthly operational and corporate reporting packages
• Continually evaluate, improve, and build FP&A processes as the company grows
• Communicate financial results, providing insights by understanding key business drivers and trends
• Build and maintain various financial models
• Support the annual budget and other business unit and corporate projects

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Proven track record of leading and improving FP&A processes
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities (Excel)
• Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing business needs
