Financial Analyst (Seattle, WA)

MedBridge is looking for a highly motivated, cross-functional Financial Analyst to join the growing Finance organization. The individual in this fast-paced role will have high visibility with the leadership team and will support a wide range of finance and business initiatives, including budgeting & planning, corporate reporting, business analytics, and other special projects. This role will report to the VP of Finance.
In this role you will:
- Build financial models to forecast company P&L, cash flow and other business metrics
- Own the sales commissions process, including data management, calculation and payments
- Prepare financial and operating package on bookings, pipeline, retention, and other KPIs on weekly / monthly basis
- Work with Sales Ops, Products, Marketing, Sales and Services teams to optimize data management and business metrics
- Assist in preparing financial and business package to senior management, customers and the Board
- Help improve financial status by analyzing data and results, monitoring variance, identifying trends, and presenting on actions to management
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Work with Accounting team on monthly / quarterly and reporting activities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant, progressive finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or demonstrable applicable experience
- Highly analytical and detailed oriented
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data manipulation, with experience in Salesforce.com, Quickbooks, NetSuite and Tableau
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to translate complex data for team members with various job functions
- Ability to be creative and deal with ambiguity
- A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
