We are currently hiring a Financial Analyst to join our growing team! The best part about a finance role at an early stage company is the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and contribute in diverse ways. In this role you will have the opportunity to help build and maintain the core finance and treasury functions of a quickly growing financial services company as well as work across teams to provide great insights through data analytics. From budgeting to monthly closes, creating KPI dashboards to investor relations, you will own several critical business functions.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or a similar core finance role at a high growth company
• Experience building complex financial models with extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Deep understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
• Proven track record of contributing actionable insights from data analysis. Ability to concisely communicate findings
• Analytical and curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Professional demeanor and comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences
• Accountable, results-driven and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
• Passionate about revolutionizing financial services and helping entrepreneurs successfully grow their business
