FP&A Revenue Manager
We are looking to add an experienced, self-motivated FP&A Revenue Manager or Senior Financial Analyst who will be a vital member in Outreach’s financial planning processes and provide analytical support to help drive the company’s growth.
We expect to find a candidate with excellent business acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with key executives and other stakeholders. The candidate will be the subject matter expert on SaaS revenue and all downstream impacts, including sales capacity planning, billing & collections, and sales operating expense analysis.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Support company planning processes for all short and long-term forecasts covering the financial statements and key metrics
- Own the forecasting, tracking and presenting of subscription bookings, SaaS revenues, billings & collections, sales capacity, and key sales metrics
- Develop and prepare a monthly performance review that provides visibility to trends and potential issues and communicates findings to the sales organization
- Drive the standardization of key metrics and reporting while partnering with Business Intelligence
- Leverage and improve current systems to increase productivity and accuracy of the FP&A team
- Apply advanced PowerPoint skills to ensure that Finance creates visually impactful presentations for executives and the Board of Directors
- Constant evaluation of existing revenue forecasting process to improve accuracy and timeliness
Our Vision Of You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, at least 2 years with a Revenue focus
- Experience with SaaS revenue and sales planning
- Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
- Anaplan experience a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting to management
