Outreach is Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, and we have offices in San Francisco, CA, New York, Tampa, FL, London, and Prague. 

This role will sit in our Seattle office and we are currently not offering a remote option for this position.

Outreach is building a world-class finance team and is looking for a Manager of FP&A, Technology Operations. This unique role will lead the partnership with our Operations and Engineering teams to drive insights as to how to create financial capacity. This person will dive deep into our technology operations to help lead the forecasting and planning for these functions. This is a high-profile role reporting into the Director of Corporate FP&A.

Responsibilities include partnering with Operations and Engineering to:

• Develop highly accurate short and long-term expense forecasts
• Understand technology operations in order to identify drivers of expense and lead initiatives to create financial capacity by lowering certain costs to fund others 
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in data cross-functionally
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual analyses and reporting of the business' financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
• Package and present insights to key stakeholders; Create ad hoc reporting as necessary
• Develop and grow a high-performing analyst to support this team 

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant finance experience
• Experience in FP&A focused on managing product and technology at public SaaS company, including experience with AWS or other cloud platform providers
• Rigorous analytical and quantitative skills including experience with financial modeling, analysis, and valuation
• Superior presentation and written communication skills, which enable highlighting key points in consumable formats, both excel and PPT

System capabilities

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Experience with a financial planning software, Anaplan is a plus
• Familiarity with Tableau is a plus
