We’re improving healthcare for everyone, by building an ecosystem of connected apps, devices, services, and content that are instantly available to physicians & patients in a seamless, intuitive manner.
Having recently closed a major funding round, we’re looking for an organized and energetic AP/Admin. You would be part of a small team dedicated to creating efficiencies in our front office, along with keeping documentation and processes running smoothly. In this role you’ll work closely with the VP of Finance & Admin as well as the HR Manager. As the AP/Office Admin at Xealth, you’ll be instrumental to keeping our payroll and financial processes on track, while helping achieve our mission of leveraging technology to improve healthcare for everyone.
As an Office Admin at Xealth, you will:
- Point of contact for Executive Team Scheduling, including occasionally booking travel
- Owner of Board of Directors schedule planning
- Organize all digital and hard copy records for the HR and Finance team
- Assist with office related tasks, such as but not limited to, order snacks and meals for in-person meetings, ordering supplies for the office and for employees, prep office and conference rooms for in-person meetings, company-wide communication about office protocol
- Assist with organizing company social and business events
- Assist with employee hardware inventory and outsourced IT requests
- Assist with recruiting coordination, to include candidate workflow and scheduling processes as needed
- Assist with annual financial audit and as needed payroll and insurance audits
- Prioritize multiple tasks intelligently, speak up when you see issues, have fun, and make a positive contribution to our culture
Our Office Admin will have:
- 3+ years of AP or Administrative work experience within a financial team setting
- Ability to work with various management staff including Executives across the organization at the same time
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Quickbooks or equivalent
- Strong understanding of experience with Office Suite, Excel and PowerPoint
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
