In this role you will:

  • Analyze and evaluate all billing procedures and identify improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure all billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their contractual requirements 
  • Resolve billing errors by working with various teams to implement automated fixes and/or manual controls to prevent identified errors.
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert for billing and provisioning processes; participate and review testing of system enhancements or modifications to existing functionality and processes.
  • Act as the project manager for implementation of the end-to-end solution to identify stakeholders, risk identification and mitigation, communication, define, and drive schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical teams and the business team to get improvements implemented.
  • Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide meaningful insights to decision-makers.
  • Provides business intelligence, strategic planning support, drives proper approach for analysis and measurement of success, for various business segments and its leaders.
  • Support day-to-day reporting needs including training, demonstrations, troubleshooting, ad hoc reporting, etc.

Your qualifications are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Business or other related fields
  • Minimum years of work experience: 3+ years in a Billing, Revenue Assurance, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and project management
  • In-depth knowledge of Zuora and Salesforce experience a must
  • Mastery in Microsoft Excel/google sheets required
  • Experience in documenting processes and developing workflows using tools such as Visio or LucidChart
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment, discuss problems, analyze solutions/options, evaluate and enable improved processes and manage ambiguity
  • Project management and business process creation and continuous improvement related skills
  • Creative, results-driven, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented to execution
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and superior analytical skills
  • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
