This role is based full-time at HQ and we are happy to help new folks relocate to this wonderful, tech-savvy city!

The Impact You Will Have:

The Senior Manager of Corporate Development and Investor Relations is a critical role at Wyze. An ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and maintaining enterprise-level financial models that inform company strategies. In your role, you will not only influence the decisions of the executives, but also have a significant impact on the trajectory of the business. This role requires great attention to detail, the ability to clearly articulate key messages with business leaders and external constituents, and the desire to be on a dynamic team within a fast-growing organization.

A Look Inside the Role:

• Highly visible role working directly with the CEO and CFO on the development of investor and Board of Director materials.
• Develop corporate strategic plans and objectives that will be used to drive business plans across the company; perform in-depth analysis on specific topics to drive discrete and timely consumer-centric product and distribution strategies.
• Own the company’s Earnings per Share model, working in close partnership with FP&A to assess risks and opportunities in the development of Pro-forma Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Understand and stay current with consumer technology trends, the Wyze ecosystem, including the competitive landscape, industry news, trends, and investment/acquisition activity.

You Already Have These Qualifications and Love What You Do:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related area.
• 7+ years of proven experience in Corporate Development or Investment Banking, having worked on M&A transactions.
• Analytical and quick learner with demonstrated problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Experience building and managing Excel models for business forecasting and decision support; strong understanding of US GAAP accounting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience engaging external constituents.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

And Even Better if the Following Applies to You:

• Have an MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or similar qualification.
• Are an advanced user of Excel; creation of deal models.
• Possess industry experience in e-commerce, consumer technology, distribution, retail, etc.
