Responsibilities Include

· Define key performance indicators and revenue reporting templates. Deliver weekly/bi-weekly/monthly business performance reporting. Provide actionable insight to senior management. 

· Partner with Sales and Operations leaders to set sales target/quota, define sales budget, forecast revenue – support sales leadership with data and analysis that improves forecast accuracy.

· Oversee the Sales funnel- responsible for tracking conversion rates through each stage of the funnel to make recommendations for improvements.

· Provide analysis and modeling to drive revenue growth and identify future growth opportunities (e.g. opportunity sizing, competitive benchmarking, deal economics, etc).

· Structure revenue operations main processes (e.g. sales compensation and customer revenue sharing reporting)

 

Required Qualifications

· BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or other analytical subject areas 

· +5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, management consulting, sales finance, sales operations or similar experience.

· Familiarity with digital advertising


Preferred Qualifications:

· Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and the ability to communicate and partner with a senior management team 

· +7 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, management consulting, sales finance, sales operations or similar experience.

· Outstanding modeling and analytical skills Excel and SQL expert. Bonus points if you also have other database, automation, or BI skills. 

· Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience (working knowledge of SFDC is a plus)


Work Environment


The work is performed in a remote office environment.

 

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to type, handle paperwork and sort, file or manipulate documents. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee is required to utilize audio visual programs for frequent meetings and discussions with fellow employees, vendors, outside agencies and/or customers. The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally.
