Role Description

As the Senior Treasury Analyst at Dropbox, you are an integral part of the company’s Treasury objectives across cash, investments, and foreign exchange. In this role, you will report to the Treasury Lead and will be a key member of the CFO organization.

We are looking for an experienced analyst who is willing to dive into the details, and looking to grow their career in Treasury. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who delivers high quality work and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams as well as Dropbox’s external banking partners. This role is a great opportunity for you to own processes and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cash management activities, monitor cash flows, and provide support for global treasury operations
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and investment strategy
  • Execute weekly FX spot trades and perform ad hoc analysis on exposures and risks
  • Own the Treasury management system (TMS) and partner with external consultants on special implementation projects
  • Assist with internal/external audits, ensure effectiveness of SOX controls, and maintain compliance with policies
  • Drive operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Prepare various materials for BOD meetings and senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Experience using Kyriba, a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate results
  • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners
