About the Role:

The Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, will lead our company-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts and partner closely with our business managers, teams, and departments to inform and support decision-making. This position will focus on planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support. 

About You:

• You are a finance leader who wants to be the point person for all financial models and decisions.
• You enjoy working as an individual contributor and want to build the company model from revenue through cash burn -- You are an Excel guru and could be in it all day.
• You proactively sniff out financial opportunities and have the advanced modeling skills and strong business sense to prove them.
• You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, which translates to ensuring business owners know their goals and how to hit them.  
• You have proven experience influencing others and managing stakeholders to hit stretch goals.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills and experience getting the right message to a wide audience, from entry-level employees to the board of directors.
• You’re comfortable taking on an evolving set of responsibilities and are willing to embrace change.
• You have a must succeed attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes across the company--you will own the entire process and modeling from headcount-type details to determining capital needs and getting board approval
• Produce monthly financial reporting, prepare variance analysis, and communicate key findings and recommendations to the broader leadership team
• Develop and update robust and detailed financial and business models to inform decision-making and evaluate the performance of revenue, key investments, and other company initiatives
• Complete in-depth financial analysis and modeling projects, including strategic planning, pricing, investments, resource allocation, and M&A
• Support sales and revenue operations, including monthly and quarterly goal-setting, resource planning and allocation, and oversight of sales compensation
• Evaluate business development deals, including contract review, financial analysis, and revenue recognition
• Partner with department heads and others to provide result support and analysis as needed
• Manage 1+ direct reports to maximize business impact and career development

Required Qualifications:

• • 6+ years of finance, business development, consulting, or other analytical work experience
  • 1+ years of recent managerial experience
  • Experience managing a whole budgeting process and model
  • Experience at a MarTech or SaaS company preferred

This fully remote role is open to candidates in most U.S. states. Working remotely from a primary residence outside the United States is currently not permitted.
