Sr. Payment Operations Analyst, you will play an integral role in our Global Payments organization. In this role you will be primarily responsible for optimizing Dropbox’s payment processing and vendor relationships as well as finding ways to grow or cut cost through retaining or growing our customer base. Additionally, this role will support global expansion initiatives, advising and coordinating payment related projects; as well as assisting our internal teams with any payment processing related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day relationships with Dropbox’s payment processing vendors
  • Acting as an escalation point for any technical or service related issues
  • Fielding and ensuring resolution of questions from Vendor Partners and internal teams
  • Monitoring notifications from Vendor Partners and communicates impacts to appropriate departments and partners
  • Helping our internal global teams with payment processing related issues
  • Acting as a liaison with both vendors and internal teams
  • Defining operational requirements and test plans for internal and external payment projects
  • Analyzing key payment metrics and identifies actionable optimizations with the goal of improving the customer experience and payments performance
  • Monitoring Cost of Payments; executing Partner audits
  • Evaluating Vendor Partner performance and maintaining Vendor Partner Scorecards
  • Assisting with Merchant Fee forecasting and projections; including for new markets and Payment Method risk assessments
  • Responsible for all global Merchant Account requests and maintenance
  • Maintaining and handling all Vendor Partner System access requests including SOX audit controls
  • Supporting additional efforts within the scope of the Global Payments organization as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce payment processing or related skill
  • Experience in the Payment Industry working with e-commerce transactions for digital goods and/or subscription/recurring billing functionality preferred
