As part of TUNE’s Finance team, you will hold the position of Accounts Payable Specialist. You must bring both a strong work ethic as well as an eye for detail and a knack for accounting accuracy. With a mission to make marketing more effective and efficient for everyone, TUNE creates Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products to help marketers manage performance advertising relationships across mobile and desktop by producing real-time tracking & attribution analytics.

Primary Duties:

• Execute day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function.
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all disbursements.
• Maintenance of general ledger and accounts payable sub-ledger; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Administration of expense report process through Concur.
• Administration of accounts payable process through Concur
• Administration of transaction sync from Concur to NetSuite
• Credit Card charge accounting entries and reconciliation
• Responsible for monthly account reconciliations and journal entry preparation (deferred rent, fixed assets, prepaid expenses)
• Monthly cash outflow reporting and forecasting
• Responsible for annual 1099 filings and accuracy of vendor master file for 1099 reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in AP required.
• Proficiency in Concur strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting functions beyond AP & cash preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Positive and energetic attitude required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills required.
