You’ll get results fast, measure them in weeks, not months, and figure out how to scale only after you’ve proven traction.
What You’ll Do- Launch new growth channels, digital and non-digital, to gain insights and traction
- Obsess over customers: don’t start with channels, start with people
- Launch experiments in days, not months
- Build wins into scalable growth playbooks
- Partner with leadership to turn insights into new acquisition engines
- 5–8+ years of growth marketing experience at high-growth DTC/e-commerce consumer brands.
- Deeply competitive - you love to win
- Hands-on track record of delivering growth results
- And above all: Must love the category. Must love meat. (Yes, we’ll ask your favorite protein.)
- Customer obsession: how deeply you understand and connect with our audience.
