The Growth Manager will optimize monetization opportunities, manage product hypotheses, analyze metrics, and collaborate with teams for revenue growth.
Xsolla is looking for a strategic and data-driven Publishing Producer to join our Monetization Team. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating revenue growth by identifying new monetization opportunities, optimizing existing products, and driving go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, BD, Customer Success etc., to scale solutions that help game developers and publishers succeed globally. Responsibilities
- Formulating Product Hypotheses: Developing and proposing hypotheses aimed at achieving the strategic objectives of the product.
- Testing Product Hypotheses: Conducting customer interviews, quantitative research, A/B testing, and other methods to evaluate hypotheses.
- Defining Key Metrics: Selecting and setting up metrics to track the effectiveness of the product and individual experiments.
- Interaction with Other Teams: Collaborating with other product teams and related departments, such as marketing, sales, technical support.
- Working with Customer Feedback: Analyzing customer reviews and suggestions to improve the product.
- Searching for Growth Points: Analyzing the metric tree to identify potential directions for product development.
- Analyzing User Sessions: Studying the behavior of different user segments and cohorts.
- Studying Cause-and-Effect Relationships: Analyzing the impact of various factors on key product metrics.
- Participating in the Design of Experiments: Developing optimal metrics for hypothesis testing and conducting A/B tests in collaboration with the team.
- Improving the User Product: Identifying user problems and proposing solutions, developing new and improving existing product features.
- Managing creation of pitch-decks and presentational materials for the partners based on insights and hypothesis.
- Taking part in partner meetings and pitching your findings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as a Game Producer/ Product Owner / LiveOps manager in PC games 3+ years.
- Excellent understanding of in-game monetization principles in mobile games.
- Excellent understanding of how LiveOps works in mobile games.
- Advanced level of English language.
- Understand and apply agile methodologies like Scrum and Agile.
- Ability to work and be flexible in a fast pace environment.
