About the teamStripe’s integrated campaigns team drives global demand strategies to create awareness in the market, engage prospects and customers, and generate opportunities for our broad suite of solutions and products. We work in close partnership with product marketing, regional and field marketing, partner marketing, sales and customer success, marketing operations, channel teams, and more to build full funnel strategies and deliver campaigns to market.
We are looking for someone who indexes deeply towards ownership, with experience crafting comprehensive integrated marketing strategies for specific audiences or products/solutions. This is a key leadership role on Stripe’s integrated campaigns team, and will contribute directly to Stripe’s growth. This is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t shy away from building through ambiguity, deeply understands how to measure and translate campaign impact, and who creates and stewards healthy and productive cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is adept at thinking both strategically and tactically to get things done, and who is comfortable leading and influencing through complex, global, cross-functional working groups.
What you’ll doAs the Head of Integrated Campaigns, you will own a specific audience (segment, industry) and/or products/solutions, and lead a team to craft and deliver comprehensive campaign approaches. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution, and management of the team.
- Lead cross-functional marketing teams towards a singular vision, uniting global teams, channels, and tactics into a well-orchestrated demand machine.
- Craft holistic integrated campaign strategies, leading with user insights, market dynamics, and business imperatives.
- Own and represent key business and marketing KPIs, performance trends, and insights. Advocate for customer and market trends, and use them to advocate for campaign innovation and evolution.
- Set, measure, achieve, and exceed campaign targets, including reach, acquisition, pipeline, conversion, etc.
- Partner with PMM and Content Marketing to deliver compelling and differentiated messaging, content, and offers to support inbound and outbound efforts.
- Maintain a high quality bar; ensure consistent messaging across all channels, aligning with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Partner with Regional Demand Generation and Field Marketing to deliver campaigns and tactics locally.
- Translate results and make recommendations to cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement per message and channel.
- Strategy and planning: Define and execute the end-to-end campaign strategy and activation plan in conjunction with senior Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders.
- Team leadership and development: Recruit, mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to do the best work of their careers.
- Execution and impact: Be accountable for delivering campaign strategies, in close partnership with regional and channel teams, to achieve and exceed campaign and pipeline targets.
- Cross-functional partnership: Partner with Comms, Product Marketing, Regional/Field/Partner Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and more to manage the entire customer journey from initial awareness and technical discovery to successful adoption and expansion.

Minimum requirements- 12+ years of experience in marketing and/or campaigns, with a significant focus on integrated campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful global, multi-channel, campaigns that drive measurable results.
- 8+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record of recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional strategic planning and leadership skills, with the ability to translate business goals into successful marketing strategies.
- Proven history of leading successful, engaged, and inclusive marketing teams; ability to influence cross-functionally across complex global teams towards a common campaign rhythm, vision, and plan.
- Content savvy, with a finger on the pulse of market shifts, technology trends, and audience needs; ability to create unique, memorable, and academic demand content.
- Expert knowledge around a variety of marketing channels, including comms/PR, web, email, paid media, social media, content marketing, events, and community engagement.Deep understanding of how to drive alignment and joint execution between marketing and sales functions.
- Analytical and data-driven, with proven history owning marketing targets, measuring campaign impact, and influencing pipeline growth. Strong ability to interpret data, extract insights, and drive campaign improvements.
- Experience using account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to reach and engage decision makers in target accounts.
- Strong communication skills to all levels of the organization, including senior executives from Product, Marketing, and Sales.
- A true team player with a "win as a team" mentality, a strong work ethic, and disciplined execution skills.
- A self-starter with a high degree of natural ownership who is adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
- Ability to drive focus, order, and outcomes within a complex global landscape and through ambiguity.
- Prior experience at a large, fast-scaling SaaS company
- Deeply knowledgeable about the FinTech space
