The Qualtrics Total Rewards team is looking for an analyst who has a 2+ years of experience in employer benefits to come help run our top-notch benefits program. You will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of various programs and processes in a number of different countries and collaborate with many of our teams and employees across the globe.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Qualtrics employees with any benefits-related questions they may have
- Act as a primary liaison between Qualtrics employees and various insurance carriers, plan administrators, and our benefit consulting firm to resolve potentially sensitive benefit-related claim issues or other problems
- Assist in administration and management of our U.S. health and welfare benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, Life, and AD&D
- Administer our U.S. 401(k) plan
- Manage our U.S. leave of absence vendor and time off/leave programs
- Update systems and databases for benefit changes, maintain benefits records, prepare documents and run reports
- Assist in system administration of our global time off and U.S. benefits administration tools
- Lead our annual U.S. benefits open enrollment
- Ensure compliance to applicable laws
- Prepare benefit communications and content
- Provide assistance to global benefit programs
- Assist in strategic benefit initiatives through employee listening and benchmarking efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant benefits administration experience
- Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate well, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work professionally to handle confidential matters and maintain employee privacy
