Lyft is looking for a Business Sourcer to help us grow our world-class team. You should bring a level of gravitas and polish while embodying our fun, friendly culture. Working closely with your team, you'll play an essential role in a seamless recruiting process and helping Lyft scale our Operations and G&A teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to gather requirements for our roles and develop search strategy
  • Utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, open source communities, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social channels to source, screen and qualify passive candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and news to be our competitive intelligence authority
  • Help recruiters review inbound resumes
  • Track metrics and pipeline activity
  • Provide reports to recruiters and hiring teams, and use this data to iterate and make improvements
  • Build referral programs, source for impactful events, and manage regular sourcing campaigns
  • Promote Lyft, our culture, and our philosophy to all potential candidates

Experience:

  • Experience sourcing for business or corporate department roles in a fast-growing recruiting organization or recruiting agency
  • Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
  • A good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be resourceful
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with emphasis on quality, not just quantity
  • A strong passion for sourcing and desire to learn relevant skills through ongoing training and conferences
  • Great team player
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Bonus points for being an avid Lyft user!
