Assurance is growing quickly, and we need a highly productive full-cycle recruiter to join our team. This role will be focused on providing support to our recruiting leads, who work across a variety of business, with a majority of the recruiting being technically focused. We’ll expect this person to be a highly self-sufficient, able to get a lot done with little direction. You should strive in hyper-growth environment, enjoy finding innovation solutions to common problems, and have a mind that's always seeking opportunities for efficiency.

This is a contract recruiting role, but our team is continuing to grow and will consider our contract partners for full-time opportunities as they become available.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

• Experience recruiting highly competitive talent
• Exceptional ability to work self-sufficiently
• A passion for full-cycle recruiting, from source to close
• Data-driven approach to your work - metrics keep you focused and motivated
• Ability to conduct screens and capture comprehensive notes
• Comfort in modern applicant tracking systems

In addition, the following is highly desired:

• Experience recruiting software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other technical talent
• Passion for operating in a fast-paced startup environment
