Bungie is seeking a motivated and skillful results-driven Recruiter to help continue our success in building high performing, passionate, and innovative teams responsible for creating amazing experiences like Halo to Destiny. Our studio needs a Recruiter who will play a key role in growing the business as we continue into the next phase as a fully independent game studio. Our ideal candidate will aid in bridging the gap between opening and offer, one candidate at a time. You will partner closely with hiring managers and studio leadership to help develop, deliver, and execute an inclusive and diverse talent strategy plan that aligns with Bungie’s growth plans. You will also help to provide critical talent insights to help inform and influence our recruitment process, hiring philosophies, and overall assessment practices.
