Trupanion is looking for an organized, efficient, and highly motivated Contract Recruiter to join the People Operations Department for a 6-10 month contract. This person will be essential in helping to meet our rapidly growing recruiting needs. Preference will be given to applicants who have previous fast-paced recruiting experience either with an agency or in-house.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments (Sales, Analytics, Marketing, IT, Finance, etc...)
• Open positions via Jobvite, screen applicants, coordinate interviews (via phone and zoom), make offers.
• Balance 20+ open job positions at a time while maintaining communication with the hiring managers and interview teams, including facilitating interview debriefs.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience of fast-paced, high-touch recruiting
• Proven track record of sourcing top-notch candidates

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Must have exceptional judgment, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Digital literacy must include an understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook. The top candidate will be tech-savvy and have the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Experience with the following programs preferred: Jobvite, ADP, Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams
• Positive demeanor and self-motivated
• Extremely adaptable to change
