Job Summary: 

The Recruiting Coordinator is an organizational superstar, who will join our fast paced company that is revolutionizing the sales tax industry. Responsible for candidate interview scheduling and facilitation including travel arrangements, reporting, etc. You will develop and establish effective relationships with hiring managers, internal & external candidates and outside vendors. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator manages multiple, high-priority, competing tasks as well as other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Duties:

  • Scheduling phone interviews and onsite interviews for all office US offices.
  • Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule post-interview debrief meeting.
  • Respond to candidate and hiring manager inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements when needed.
  • Process recruiting travel reimbursement requests from candidates.
  • Maintain current records of candidate status in applicant tracking system.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and improve scheduling efficiency.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.

Qualifications:
 

  1. 1 + years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience
  2. Experience with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task
  4. Customer service oriented and professional communication
  5. Able to respond quickly to changes and competing tasks
  6. Bachelor’s degree is a plus
