Job Description
About the role:
At ServiceNow we believe Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging is essential to our growth as a company. Our Diversity Inclusion and Belonging (DIBs) team is on a journey to embed DIBs in every aspect of our business and culture and create a fair and just system. It is who we are!
You will work directly with our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Director and will be empowered to help shape and execute against our DIBs strategy and management of programs focused on the growth and career development of our people. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable building, moving quickly, and is passionate about serving and connecting with people and communities.
What you get to do:

Build and drive developmental initiatives that truly make an impact
Manage relationships with stakeholders and external partners
Set and measure program goals, utilizing data for storytelling and improvement
Support leadership development strategy
Develop strategy for expanding programs and initiatives across the globe and across communities
Experiment with innovative ways to drive behavior change and create opportunities for practice and application
Travel up to 5-10% as needed
Qualifications
About you:
4+ years experience in either HR or Talent Management or Diversity & Inclusion or related disciplines
Strong program management skills, including focus on defining and tracking progress and success metrics
Strong personal accountability to deliver to plan
Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence employees and leaders
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a desire to offer suggestions and improvements
High level of confidentiality, discernment and judgement
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and maintain a focus on high-quality execution
Driven by impact and creating measurable change
Curious self-starter with a strong desire to learn and innovate – you help challenge the status quo and you’re very eager to develop new skills
Reflective practitioner with a growth mindset – open to feedback, not afraid to make mistakes
It’s Great, But Not Required If You Have:
Experience running global, cross-functional initiatives
Experience working in fast paced, high- growth environment
Strong data analysis skills
Event planning experience
