Executive Recruiting is a brand new team at Convoy. As the Executive Research Recruiter you will be a founding member of the team and critical to developing this function for Seattle’s top start-up.

This position will Earn Results in the following ways:

• Working with Convoy’s leadership team to understand the how we are building a tech company to disrupt the freight industry
• Conducting research and creating market maps to identify the best talent pools for our business
• Calibrating with C and VP-level hiring managers to understand their hiring needs 
• Creating target search strategies to bring the top talent to Executive positions (think spear fishing, not net fishing).

This position will Build Trust with key stakeholders in the following ways:

• Develop high functioning relationships with our Executive Leadership team
• Over time become a subject matter expert in the Executive candidate pool for top tier startups in Seattle, the Bay Area and globally 
• Manage extremely high performing stakeholders with confidence and integrity 
• Contribute to our broader recruiting team by sharing your research and industry knowledge.
• Showing a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership and demonstrate thoughtful problem solving

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and a desire to learn new skills
• 4 years minimum recruiting experience
• Experience working with and advising executive stakeholders
• Demonstrates excellent judgement and professionalism
• Thinks at the company level and is excited to help build a world class executive recruiting engine

Preferred: Experience working with a modern applicant tracking system such as Lever, Greenhouse, Beamery or Breezy.
