It uses complex machine learning algorithms across the five core consumer attributes of email, phone, name (person or business), physical address, and IP, to derive unique data links and features from the billions of real-time transactions we see across our proprietary network along with the data we license from a wide range of global data providers. 

Reporting into the CFO, this role will lead all facets of Human Resources globally for Ekata.  Specific areas of experience shall include international expansion, greenfield HR program development and deployment, organizational effectiveness, recruiting, employment brand, employee relations, compensation (including sales compensation structures), benefits, policy development and interpretation, legal and governmental compliance, training and staff development and immigration matters.  This role will also oversee office and facilities operations in the US.
 

In the Head of Human Resources role you will:

  • Serve as the global HR subject matter expert for all employees, including leadership and staff alike
  • Mature and standardize the company’s HR programs globally, including programs around recruiting, onboarding, career development, and performance management
  • Lead the development of the company’s global employment brand (internally and externally) to become an employer of choice and a champion of a diverse workforce
  • Recommend, design, and implement new HR programs that meet the company’s strategic and organizational performance needs
  • Develop and implement relevant KPIs to monitor and manage HR effectiveness
  • Direct the company’s group insurance and compensation plans in order to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness and compliance with all company policies, federal, state and local regulations/laws
  • Design, develop, document and keep HR-related policies and procedures
  • Prepare annual and mid-year hiring forecasts in conjunction with leadership’s strategic objectives
  • Prepare and mange Human Resources and office/facilities budgets

Our ideal Head of Human Resources will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years’ of leadership experience in Human Resources
  • SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification preferred
  • On the ground International experience (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) including localized recruiting processes, benefits, compensation structures, and employment brand
  • Experience managing private company stock options, granting philosophies along with record keeping, preferably in Shareworks
  • Experience managing payroll, with in depth understanding of payroll/HRIS system interdependencies, structures and workflow
  • Experience creating a fiscally responsible and comprehensive benefits program with understanding of legal and fiduciary responsibilities
  • Experience with US and overseas commission structures, sales plans
  • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with all levels of associates and leadership
  • Extensive knowledge and proven successful practical application of HR policies and practices, compensation and benefits, organization change and effectiveness
  • Advanced level of MS Office Suite skills
