This position provides technical and analytical support to the Global Human Resources Department processes and systems. The successful candidate will be a skilled business analyst with a broad range of experience including data management, configuration, testing, report writing, analytics, troubleshooting, and training.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as Technical Subject Matter Expert for HR Systems.
  • Supports manual and automated maintenance of Core HR data.
    Develops and maintains business critical metrics and reports utilizing various tools to support the HR organization. Creates and manages detailed HR analytics and executive dashboards that provide critical talent insights to the HR team and business leaders around such things aa turnover trends, internal mobility, diversity, engagement, etc.
  • Leads configuration efforts to stabilize and enhance HR systems to meet the needs of the organization; knowledgeable of system upgrades and enhancements and impacts on system functionality.
    Assists in the resolution of risks, defects and issues; tests and provides root cause analysis and corrective action plan.
    Uses strong analytical skills with knowledge of business rules associated with Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll Processing, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements 
  • Researches current and future capabilities of application to understand how the organization can best utilize new functionality  
  • Proactively automates functions, tasks or processes for optimal efficiency
  • Works with functional users to create end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials)
  • Plans and executes integration and data conversion activities
  • Monitors HR Support tickets and provides timely responses with professional customer service 


Education and Experience:

  • Five + years of experience in HR systems support and configuration
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Ability to analyze data and assess configuration needs 
    Experience in UAT or regression testing
  • Ability to work independently under tight time constraints to meet deadlines
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience implementing and supporting HCM such as Workday or other HR Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced functions in Excel
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau a plus
