We are looking to add an HRBP to our team. In this role you can have a huge impact on our company through white glove service to our employees and creation and implementation of programs that move the needle for our employees. You will report to the VP of People and be responsible for all Employee Relations, Benefits administration and implementation of HR policy and procedures. You will also design and implement programs that will insure employee engagement and retention.

In this role you will:

  • Create and implement people programs and initiatives that drive engagement and culture.
  • Partner with business leaders on organizational design, leveling guides, performance management and compensation.
  • Provides support and guidance to employees and managers in the resolution of employee relations issues, as well as fielding questions or concerns, communication and the interpretation of policies and procedures.
  • Insure compliance with employment laws across multiple states.
  • Insure employees have a white glove experience when it comes to benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Partner with VP of People and SVP of Finance on Benefits negotiation and implementation.
  • Partner with Recruiting and Training to insure a great on-boarding experience for all new hires.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 4 year degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years working in the HR Generalist capacity
  • General knowledge of all HR competencies: change management, organizational development, performance management, leadership development, employee practices, compensation, benefits & rewards
  • Thrives in ambiguity
  • Able to change priorities and judge time critical demands
  • Ability to effectively interact and partner with employees and leaders at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and risk management
  • Challenges the status quo, champions change and influences others to change
  • Highly organized and demonstrated project management and planning skills
  • Works independently to prioritize work, establish goals and produce quality work
  • Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals
  • Ability to quickly build relationships to influence the accomplishment of organizational goals
