This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.

 

Your role and impact

98point6 is looking for a results-driven Learning and Development Manager to provide program design and curriculum development and oversee training functions across our nationwide physician network. In this role, you will design and enhance a program to efficiently onboard new physicians and other clinicians into our healthcare technology organization. You will make onboarding an invigorating experience by developing curriculum and running impactful training sessions. You will work cross-functionally to monitor effectiveness and create strategies for improvement, and will define and drive key metrics while developing and implementing long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and delivery of the training program to include clinical onboarding, skills refreshers, new product features and ongoing in-service trainings
  • Determine training needs by analyzing quality-impacting issues and creating a plan of action to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with senior instructional designer in all phases of instructional design, and drive and own this process for key projects independently
  • Facilitate learning and training via multiple vehicles, including instructor-led training, physician-led learning, self-study, blended learning, embedded learning and e-learning
  • Select and design training modalities to meet individual-use cases in collaboration with the senior manager of training
  • Own the reporting and communication of training performance metrics and ROI to all the relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate product training to an audience of new onboarding physicians and provide mentorship and coaching to the more junior trainers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience managing Learning and Development teams
  • 7+ years experience in Learning and Development roles in a corporate setting
  • 2+ years instructional design experience in a corporate setting
  • Experience conducting a training needs analysis with implementation of the full training cycle: identify, design, delivery, evaluation
  • Prior experience in product training and facilitation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience implementing a wide range of change management and process improvement activities
  • Ability to develop and implement learning goals and a plan of action based on broader organizational objectives and strategy
  • Ability to analyze large volume of data points, identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Highly organized and able to manage several different projects simultaneously
  • Experience adapting to evolving products and technology in a fast-paced environment
