About the Role: 

DreamBox is looking for a results-driven Learning and Development (L&D) Partner to design programs to achieve greater effectiveness for DreamBox and its employees at all levels. As the L&D expert, you will select tools, build solutions and programs aligned with our values that meet the many different professional development needs of our diverse team. In this new role, you will define and deliver on a strategic learning and talent development roadmap that encompasses a team member’s entire lifecycle with us, from new employee onboarding through ongoing performance feedback, talent planning, and training. You will take a consultative approach to identify gaps and needs. You will partner closely with team members within HR and throughout the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Evaluate organizational needs and create solutions as well as translate them into a simplified approach for execution & scale
  • Select and design training modalities to meet those needs working with internal experts and external vendors (if applicable) to source learning solutions
  • Evaluate current new hire orientation/onboarding training & ensure programs are scalable for a growing & changing remote worker environment. You will make virtual onboarding an impactful experience by developing a curriculum and designing impactful training sessions
  • Facilitate learning and training via multiple vehicles, including webinars, e-learning, instructor-led, virtual classroom, and blended learning solutions to leaders and individual contributors company-wide
  • Create learning and support materials to enhance the effectiveness of the learning experience (e.g., job aids, handouts, participant and facilitator guides)
  • Be a partner to the business while concurrently managing their expectations, project scope, and project prioritization
  • Use a learning management system to manage courses and track the effectiveness of L&D Training Programs
  • Own the reporting and communication of training performance metrics and ROI to all the relevant stakeholders

About You:

  • 5+ years' of HR experience with at least 2 years in organizational development or talent assessment management and experience selecting & implementing corporate solutions, including management training with a proven track record of delivering effective solutions to a variety levels of stakeholder
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, organizational design, L&D or related field or relevant instructional design experience
  • Experience conducting needs analysis with a drive towards implementation & delivery in a fast pace environment
  • Proven experience to identify gaps & deploy solutions quickly and efficiently in a growing dynamic environment
  • Experience implementing a wide range of change management and process improvement activities
  • Excellence in facilitation, especially delivering soft skills training
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning software solutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for developing people
  • Occasional travel (post-pandemic) may be required to support training needs at DreamBox meetings or offices
