What we want you to do:

Learning Management System

  • Perform system admin duties in the Docebo learning management system (LMS) – setting up learners, managing profiles, assigning courses, creating and managing reporting and building dashboards.
  • Use Docebo LMS to upload and organize learning courses of various formats.
  • Data transfer: manage the upload of data from Workday to the Docebo LMS.
  • E-learning training program: daily monitoring of manager feedback within the LMS, as well as providing return feedback to the manager.
  • E-learning training program: daily monitoring of learner activity and progress, as well as communicating with learners.

New Employee Onboarding

  • Own the I-9 process for all new employees, including completing I-9s, working with outside counsel on remote employee I-9 completion, and acting as point person for all questions and processes related to I-9 verification.
  • Provide high-touch on-boarding experience for new Apptians. This position will own the Apptio Orientation process from A-Z, as well as facilitate our weekly onboarding sessions for US hires.
  • Assign compliance training for new and existing employees. Track and report on completion rates, as well as develop compliance escalation policy.
  • Assign other mandatory learning plans company wide.
  • Manage the assignment paths for a software developer E-learning training program.
  • Identify and drive continuous efforts to scale and create efficiencies for all duties.

Other

  • Coordinate needed logistics for all private training classes.
  • Schedule instructor-led events and webinars.
  • Work cross-functionally with the HR Operations team.
  • Write procedural documentation for all tasks performed in this role.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources or Communications.
  • 1+ years professional work experience in an operations or administrative setting.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a learning management system, Docebo preferred.
  • Experience working with training coordination.
  • Ability to perform daily tasks with little guidance and switch between tasks quickly.
  • Ability to self-teach the necessary technical skill given sufficient documentation.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Team player with solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate remotely with team members outside the U.S. and/or to team members with English as a second language.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, DocuSign, Workday and Zoom a plus!
  • PowerPoint formatting & design capabilities.
  • Video editing in Camtasia.
