Position Summary:

Trupanion is seeking a results-oriented and driven individual who is passionate about supporting onboarding & continuing education programs to help employees grow. We’re growing and need an L&D generalist who has experience developing & delivering training in a dynamic environment, if you want to be in the driver's seat of your career and training outcomes, read on for more information.

Want to be responsible for supporting training programs by creating, delivering, and updating content to ensure the training is effective? While on the job, you’ll learn more about managing training programs to continue your professional development, and we’ll give you the resources to achieve this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver & update training materials for Account Managers onboarding programs, as needed.
  • Facilitate (whether classroom or online) training content for onboarding programs.
  • Participate in Trupanion’s onboarding sessions for support to a variety of new hires in sales roles.
  • Maintain quality assurance results by creating performance evaluations for each learner.
  • Work with training team on projects, as assigned.

What you add to Trupanion’s culture:

  • 1+ years of experience facilitating training (virtual delivery experience preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience building training
  • Experience with Instructional Design techniques preferred
  • Proven track record of collaborating & communicating effectively within one’s team and department
  • A passion for helping pets!

Additional items:

  • Bonus points for a personalized cover letter
  • Experience in consultative sales training is a plus
  • Experience in veterinary operations/offices is a plus
  • Experience with LMS administration a plus
  • Experience with Captivate, Storyline or other SCORM authoring tool is a plus
