About the Role
OneCare is seeking a Network Recruiter to build and manage a robust recruitment pipeline for all of OneCare’s SMEs and Medical Reviewers. You’ll work to identify, attract, and onboard a best-in-class expert network and be responsible for managing all expert relationships and workflows. This is a unique opportunity to build and continually optimize the system you’ll be working in from scratch.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have 2+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment programs or in working in another capacity with expert networks.
This position reports to OneCare’s Network Manager and will be based out of our Seattle office.
What You'll Do
- Help develop, maintain, and optimize SME workflow systems
- Build and manage the expert recruitment funnel
- Manage and screen candidate applications, interviews, and trials
- Build and maintain relationships with each expert in the network
- Create feedback loops and communication channels for Medical Reviewers and Editors
- Develop reporting systems and capacity forecasts
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, or related relationship management functions
- Highly organized with demonstrated achievements in project management
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Proficient in information management, Excel, and data analysis
- A team player with a positive outlook and an entrepreneurial spirit
