As a Sr People Business Partner (PBP) you will be a critical member of the Textio People team, you will provide thought leadership, and will help build, evolve and lead People related initiatives such as performance management and talent planning, and help build a culture of representation, inclusion and belonging.  You will help define how the

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with leaders to cultivate a culture that reflects the principles of the organization, drive engagement, and champions belonging and inclusion for all team members
  • Identify and lead the strategy needed to help with performance, engagement, organization effectiveness, retention and career growth.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Help design, evolve and execute on performance management, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
  • Identify and solve for training needs for leaders and individual contributors.
  • Work with the VP of People to drive organizational change and initiatives that allows Textio to maintain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Plan and execute on companywide events, to include employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Collaborate with other members of the People team or on cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives as needed.

  • Take a People first approach to your work and are committed to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Cannot wait to build, evolve and lead People programs, tools and processes.
  • Are an experienced HRBP or HRB supporting technical and non-technical roles. Experience in a SaaS company would be nice but not a deal breaker.
  • Built strong and trusted relationships with leaders and ICs
  • Are known for being a strong mentor, coach and adapt to helping others grow
  • Managed complex employee relations and poses deep understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations as they relate to human resources
  • Can easily organize, interpret and act on People data (attrition, engagement, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
