About the Role
As a People Operation Generalist, you will partner closely with stakeholders to handle a wide range of human resources and administrative related tasks. You will provide day to day support and contribute to the achievement of organizational efficiency through direct management of multiple People Operations functions (talent acquisitions, employer branding, learning and development and/or total rewards).
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day support for HR activities such as employee benefits, leave of absence, compliance etc.
- Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures in the field of People Operations management.
- Help to drive retention, engagement, growth, workflow efficiency, performance management and culture programs.
- Coordinate implementation of different services, policies, and programs from different areas of work.
- Establish collaboration with all stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic support.
- Contribute to new projects and initiatives and assist in long term projects and programs.
- Become a subject matter expert on HR internal processes and tools to manage those processes.
What to Bring
- 5+ years of experience as an HR professional.
- Experience with HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
- Proficient with Google Docs (docs, sheets, slides) and Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Exceedingly well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and self-sufficient.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - an ability to tailor communications to the appropriate audience.
- Strategic mindset and ability to partner with several internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility and willingness to challenge the status quo and change the organizational culture when necessary.
- Experienced in taking initiative and proactively seeking creative solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and keep track of various deliverables and their respective deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discretionary manner.
Education/Training
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
