Principal Program Manager - Global Talent Acquisition

About the Role:
The business need is to hire either a Principal Program Manager or Senior Program Manager whose primary job responsibility will be to manage our global applicant tracking system and related analytics and applications. This role can either be performed in-person in Seattle or remote from within the United States. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Operations, Global College & US Corporate Hiring - Talent Acquisition. Current employee count of ~1,800 concentrated in the Philippines, Nicaragua, United States, Ireland, England and Poland. #LI-REMOTE
You Will:
- Assess current state and deliver future state roadmap for the global applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and all related software and tools which include: Freshservice, LinkedIn, SeekOut, Glassdoor, Indeed, CoderPad, Calendly, Google Calendar, Gem, HireRight, DocuSign, ChartHop, and RingCentral.
- Operationalize global: employee referral programs, job listing portion of career site and hire hand-off to HR.
- Align global partners to a common talent acquisition data story and then provide everything from candidate and req level updates to enterprise scorecards.
- Lead global training on Greenhouse and related software and applications, with delivery pivoting as appropriate between: virtual live training, vendor partner led training, self-paced training guides / videos, and quick reference guides.
- Additional projects to help our business to scale globally.
You Have:
- You are a visionary thought leader and change champion for our global Talent Acquisition software and tools portfolio.
- You are energized by spending half a day geeking out with data / software / tools and the other half of the day managing a portfolio of vendors and enabling company partners.
- You have experience administering an Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse (or similar software).
- You have 8+ years of related experience for a Principal PM level role and 6+ years of experience for a Senior PM level role.
