Program Manager, Global Recruiting Programs - Location Flexible

The Program Manger, Global Recruiting Programs will focus on elevating the recruiting experience and have the unique opportunity to build, optimize and own cross-functional programs and projects to help us scale and enable our global recruiting team. Responsibilities
- Recruiting Experience: Design, manage and scale innovative programs and projects focused on transforming and creating a world class experience for our recruiting organization
- Operational Excellence: Evaluate end-to-end global workflows and implement solutions to improve team productivity, develop simple and consistent process documentation and lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of recruiting processes
- Execution: Drive seamless execution of complex and concurrent projects that align with global recruiting priorities and elevate the organization
- Project Management: Establish project plans, assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communication: Lead and own communication strategy for recruiting, including creating clear and concise communication materials (e.g. documentation, team newsletter, org wide presentations) to keep organization informed on changes, updates or announcements
- Partnership: Work collaboratively with cross-functional global stakeholders and recruiting leaders to gain buy-in and drive initiatives to create a unified recruiting experience
- Learning and Development: Partner with Learning and Development team to improve onboarding experience and develop continuous learning materials to grow our recruiting team
- Presentation: Leverage facilitation skills to lead high-impact, effective, and engaging learning experiences for recruiting new hires and team members
- Continuous Improvement: Track and report on key metrics to measure impact and effectiveness of programs and projects. Collect ongoing feedback to improve learning experiences and programs
Requirements
- 6+ years in roles oriented around program or project management within Recruiting, Human Resources, or related field; emphasis in learning and development or change management strongly preferred
- Exceptional program and project management skills; highly organized, detail-oriented
- Experience identifying problems, curating solutions and seeing through to implementation (0→1 ownership)
- Experience vision setting, developing and executing strategy for large-scale projects or programs
- You have strong facilitation skills and can easily engage an audience
- Demonstrated success of collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience in high-growth, rapidly changing, global operating environment. You can drive multiple complex projects forward at a time, and excel at time management
- Outstanding communication skills: ability to quickly synthesize and repackage information; ability to translate high-level guidance and thoughts into coherent and well-reasoned outlines, drafts, or speaking points
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment under tight deadlines
