The Global Early Talent team at Expedia Group is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their team that helps plan for, build, execute and manage the university recruiting programs at Expedia Group. This role will be client facing as well as candidate facing as the recruiter will gather requirements from business stakeholders, source candidates and manage the relationship with candidates from application through to offer decision. This person will be focused on support of the program in the Americas region, supporting specifics brands within Expedia Group as well as hiring for specific profiles across all brands.

What you'll do:
 

High volume recruiting:

  • Work with Global Early Talent team members to identify needs of the business through workforce planning model.
  • Work with business stakeholders to validate hiring needs, build profile details, build recruiting and assessment strategies and manage hiring decisions for 100+ hires across 8 profile groups.
  • Responsible for candidate engagement and management through the recruiting process to offer stage.
  • Leverage a mix of digital, on campus and event-based approaches to sourcing top talent from relevant universities, based on profile, locations and needs of the business.
  • Manage the recruiting of interns and recent grads through the Workday Applicant Tracking System and related systems in coordination with Sr Recruiting Coordinators.
  • Provide timely feedback to managers and stakeholders on progress of recruiting efforts throughout the recruiting process.
  • Act as primary point of contact for interns and recent grads from initial application through to onboarding and throughout internship, requiring development and implementation of keep warm strategies lasting 6 months to a year.
     

Onboarding & Program Support:

  • Support of GET onboarding and internship programs for multiple profiles.
  • Support managers and mentors of interns in creating a nest in class onboarding and internship experience.
  • Analyzing results of recruiting efforts from the campus recruiting season to onboarding.
  • Event support throughout intern program.
  • Support of off boarding and intern conversion process.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience managing relationships with and influencing senior business leaders using data.
  • Proven experience with high volume, technical recruiting in the fields of hardware or software development, including a familiarity with Agile and software industry trends.
  • Proven experience working with a diverse cross functional team to deliver results across a team and program.
