The Recruiting team at Chef is looking for a new Technical Recruiter to join us on our mission to help build Chef by finding, engaging and hiring exceptional humans.
Who You Are:
You are obsessed about candidate experience as well as forging dynamic and durable relationships with business leaders across the organization. You are service oriented, but know when to push back and have a strong consultative approach. By drawing on your extensive knowledge of talent acquisition you are able to drive organizational objectives through consistently generating exceptional candidates. You are most known for your deep negotiation, organizational and communication skills. You are then able to leverage those skills to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines. You love what you do and have a commitment to continuous improvement. Most of all your love being part of a team, having fun, and winning with integrity.
What You’ll Do:
- Build a pipeline of top talent through market research and sourcing
- Contact and engage passive candidates
- Qualify candidates for their abilities and alignment to Chef’s business outcomes
- Drive a full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to welcoming new Chefs
- Work with business leaders and hiring teams to develop and execute recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Manage multiple channels including job advertisements, events and recruitment vendors/agencies
- Drive process improvements/projects to recruitment practices across Chef
- Utilize data to drive more efficient and innovative candidate generation and hiring practices
- Stay up to date on our industry and trends in the broader tech industry
Requirements:
- 3+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Substantial knowledge of technical recruitment best practices
- Strong track record of successfully finding and closing exceptional talent
- Solid business acumen and understanding of your largest opportunities for impact
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, internet sourcing and learning new tools fluidly
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting for SaaS Field and Technical Sales
- Experience recruiting across EMEA and/or APAC
- BS/BA degree
