WiseStamp is an email signature solutions market leader that has been a part of vcita since August 2019. We provide easy and robust email signatures solutions for end customers (b2c) and companies of all sizes (b2b). 

Our teams are based out of two of the world’s most active cities in the technology space, Bellevue, Washington and Tel-Aviv, Israel.

 

About the Team

As the Operations Team, vcita’s employees are our priority. We create processes that constantly improve the office efficiency and work hard to maintain our culture. We have a strong team based environment that is also fast paced and very dynamic, especially this year but always, and our Ops team pro’s are here to make everything run smoothly and set up for success. 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process. 

  • Proactively build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline across our positions as well as diverse sourcing options to explore effective hiring for future positions. 

  • Be a trusted partner for ongoing improvements to our hiring process and materials so talent acquisition is effective and in constant alignment with the company’s strategy and market trends. 

  • Spearhead the onboarding process to complete an engaging successful experience, coordinating with all relevant parties, utilizing available platforms and actively revisiting workflows. 

  • Work with managers to advise on hiring process best practices as well as talent trends within their function and partner in the development of new or revised roles. 

  • Collaborate on building our employer brand as a workplace of choice. 

  • Act as an integral part of the Ops team and support different projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • +3 years Experience as a recruiter including sourcing responsibilities. 

  • +1 years Working experience with the SaaS market.

  • Demonstrated experience working on a wide scope of roles and successfully prioritizing and closing. Specific experience with sales/Customer Success/Customer Support positions is highly preferred. 

  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in English. 

  • Ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member.

  • Must be an excellent problem-solver, extremely persuasive and well organized.
