We’re looking for a Recruiter who is eager to work with a high-performing, fast paced team and who wants to foster a high caliber talent environment. If you have a penchant for building, scaling and refining new processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing superb client service, we encourage you to apply!

You will:

• Develop a full and diverse pipeline for various Sales roles at Convoy including: Account Manager, Account Executive, Business Operations and Sales strategists, Sales trainers, and more
• Drive full life-cycle recruitment including: sourcing, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process and closing.
• Ensure that every candidate has an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome.
• Manage internal partnerships and expectations with your hiring teams.
• Have a pulse on industry trends and news in the tech startup space and freight industry.
• Represent the Convoy brand with integrity and professionalism.
• Create processes, implement recruiting programs, and assist with building out our recruiting organization.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 4 years of direct Sales recruiting experience.
• Experience building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills -- you love working with pipeline data and can draw insights and action from it.
• A demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with key business partners.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment supporting a wide range of roles and levels.
• A high sense of urgency -- the needs of our business can shift based on shipment volume and so will our recruiting needs.
• Experience closing and filling niche roles and leadership positions.
• Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.

• Experience working at an early stage software company
• Recruiting agency experience
• Experience selling and closing candidates on pre-IPO equity
