About the position
Assurance is growing quickly, and we need a seasoned Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The role will cover a variety of functions across our Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams. We are focused on delivering an organized and meaningful experience for candidates. Our culture provides a high level of autonomy to all employees, freeing people up to make decisions quickly and own their space end-to-end.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Interest in sourcing candidates and building out our sourcing capabilities
- A growth mindset – you enjoy being in an environment that changes and are comfortable adapting
- Strong organizational skills; skilled at guiding teams on how to deliver a great candidate experience
- Independent mindset and comfortable with working remotely
- Experience at any size company welcome – startup environment a plus
- Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
