We’re excited to add a new Talent Acquisition Partner to our team! This position will be a unique opportunity to have an outside HR influence through our clients on a global scale and give your HR input to our product. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be highly involved in helping us to achieve our mission to Make Employees Happier. In this position you will play a key role in our talent acquisition and employee success. This will be a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to expand on their HR and Recruiting knowledge by partnering closely with our CEO and HR Manager to shape our candidate and employee experiences! 

You will have ownership of:

  • Creating a delightful candidate and hiring manager experience in line with TINYpulse’s values
  • Driving full-cycle recruiting activities, including but not limited to: creating a strategy, sourcing and networking, screening and assessing candidates, scheduling, facilitating hiring decisions, managing communication and tracking activity in our ATS
  • Partnering closely with our Leaders to build and execute an impactful recruiting strategy to best engage and evaluate candidates
  • Creating insightful reporting on key statistics around pipeline, source of hire, and other HR metrics as well as ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Consulting and guiding managers and employees in identifying training opportunities to further develop functional and managerial skills 
  • Supporting HR Manager in implementation and delivery for various HR initiatives such as training & development, benefits, compensation surveys, company events, diversity and inclusion, mandatory reporting and compliance, employee engagement, and ad-hoc audits


Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, communications, or related field OR minimum of 5+ years of HR experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in sourcing and closing both non-technical and technical talent in a competitive market
  • SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification required
  • Knowledge of the start-up and technology space in Pacific NW is preferred
  • High level of initiative and integrity with a proven track record of being results-oriented, inquisitive, resourceful, and values-driven
  • Deep caring for culture development
  • Ability to maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle
  • Ability to improve and streamline current processes and procedures to drive maximum efficiencies
  • Ability to articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and use established formal tracking processes
  • Ability to make recommendations that will resolve issues in a way that is consistent with TINYpulse values, best practices, regulation and law
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and a desire to deliver end to end solutions
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Google Hire and Paylocity experience is a plus!
