We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and resourceful Recruiter to join our team!

In this role, you will provide recruiting and HR support across two portfolio companies with the opportunity to help develop and execute on recruiting and employee engagement efforts. We’re in hyper-growth mode, which means that we need someone with drive and passion to execute day-in and day-out and is comfortable moving from high-level strategy to administrative logistics, while juggling a high volume of requisitions – both technical and non-technical. Success in this role requires a high degree of organization, strong communication skills, creative thinking and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. At Ideoclick, we work as a distributed team. While we maintain a corporate presence in Seattle, WA; our employees have the flexibility to work from the location they choose, and we are open to this role living/working anywhere in the US.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve in a unique role responsible for both Recruiting and People & Culture initiatives across Ideoclick and Replenium, including:
  • Driving full-cycle recruiting for roles across all functions (including technical positions)
  • Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain an active pipeline of quality candidates
  • Working to develop and deliver an exceptional candidate experience unique to Ideoclick and Replenium
  • Assisting in building employer brand awareness
  • Assisting in driving the culture agenda and strategy for a great workplace experience
  • Keeping a pulse on the overall environment and employee engagement; working with managers to assess, interpret, and action feedback
  • Supporting the execution of critical projects and initiatives (DEI, employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, etc.)
  • Assisting with communication and rollout of updated or new people programs and policies
  • A whole bunch of (mostly fun) things we’re not even thinking of yet!

What you’ve done:

  • Spent 3-5+ years working in a Recruiting/HR/People Operations function
  • Worked in a high-volume recruiting role filling positions across all functions, including familiarity with technical roles
  • Gained valuable experience in a scrappy, startup-like environment
  • Been a creative sourcing champ- you find people places other than LinkedIn!
  • Successfully recruited in a company experiencing rapid growth and high-volume hiring
  • Worked closely with applicant tracking systems (ATS) – we use JazzHR and BambooHR
  • Developed positive relationships with your team and the hiring managers you’ve worked with
