About the Role

As the Recruiting Coordinator reporting to the Director of Recruiting, you will have the exciting and unique opportunity to directly impact the growth of Routable. This role will primarily focus on supporting our recruiters and talent sourcer with scheduling candidate interviews, ATS administration, organization and owning candidate communications to ensure great candidate experience. You will work on projects to streamline and enhance the candidates experience and take our hiring process to the next level.

Routable is a remote-first, fast-paced, technical, and results driven organization that is scaling quickly. You will need to be able to stay one step ahead of our growth and be able to build, support, and help enhance our organization as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Assist recruitment with creating job descriptions and posting requisitions
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including communication between the candidates and recruiters in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to Recruiters and talent sourcer including creating offer packets
  • Partner with People Operations to ensure smooth new hire onboarding
  • Coordinate and set up recruitment events for conventions, job fairs, and recruitment mixers
  • Facilitate interview trainings for new hires and managers
  • Work on ad hoc projects on the recruiting or people operations front

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment/coordination experience
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
  • Hands-on experience with Workable or other ATS and sourcing tools
  • Self- motivated with strong time management & organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills

Location

You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Rendezvous

To help foster amazing relationships with our coworkers, we meet up twice a year as a whole team in some pretty awesome cities! In the past weโ€™ve met up in San Diego, Seattle, and Austin. Weโ€™d rather invest money into memorable team events rather than expensive offices. During our meet-up team time, we love to spend time learning a new skill together, and solving problems. Most recently this has taken on the form of a bread-making class and defeating an Escape Room.
